We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing operation. This individual will serve as the key liaison between our customers and internal teams — ensuring exceptional communication, timely updates, and a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Quality, and Repair) to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service requests.
- Track repair orders, shipments, and quotations through Quantum or related ERP systems.
- Provide proactive communication regarding order status, delays, and delivery updates.
- Manage and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records, contact logs, and activity notes.
- Support the team with quote follow-ups, customer inquiries, and account management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales coordination (preferably in aviation, aerospace, or logistics).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Quantum, Component Control, or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
