Home-based Treatment Coordinator at Family Behavior Solutions, Inc. – East Providence, Rhode Island

The Treatment Coordinator serves as the liaison between various providers involved in ABA services. The Treatment Coordinator works under the direction of the Clinical Staff and in collaboration with the direct care staff and their families to help deliver the most effective treatment available. This position will require some evening available.

Job duties:

• Conduct home observations based on the child's individual needs and treatment plan
• Assisting in creating and submitting treatment plans
• Collect various forms of behavioral data
• Train staff on techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis or other therapeutic interventions
• Provide child-specific training to direct care staff in the clients’ homes
• Assist in training new direct care workers
• Maintain current and ongoing documentation
• Provide direct instruction to children
• Fill in for direct care staff
• Review data and program integrity during client’s sessions
• Updates/ Upkeep of client documentation (Releases, IEP, DX Report, updated insurance, etc.)
• Other tasks assigned by Clinical Team, Clinical Director,
• Responds to all emails and teams messages within a 24 hour window
• Use FBS email to communicate
• Coordinate with FBS via Teams
• Promotes FBS Values while in the community and clt’s homes

Schedule:

70% of hours working in Clt’s homes

Evening availability required

Flexible WFH time

Attending additional meetings as needed
