Telehealth Technician (test) at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Must be High School graduate or the equivalent GED. Must obtain certificate of contracted software/equipment. Must have a valid drivers license and provide proof of vehicle insurance. 1-2 years experience in home health or telecommunications technology preferred. Must be available to work flexible hours. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift push pull or handle at least 50 pounds. Must have reliable transportation.

Work from Home Technology Requirements

• Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

• Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data, satellite, or hotspot is required

  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership of every device on the network

  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)

  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet the performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

  • ISP download speeds on must be at least 10Mbps up/down with less than 50ms of latency

  • To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
