PARTS RECEIVER at DON SANDERSON FORD INC – GLENDALE, Arizona

The Parts Warehouse Receiving Team Member is responsible for checking in parts shipments quickly and efficiently as well as accurately stocking the parts so they can be found and sold.

Responsibilities:

• Check in part shipments from multiple manufacturers
• Inspect all shipments for damage prior to signing for them, and notate damage/shortages when necessary
• Put away checked-in parts in the correct location
• Bin locate and put away new part numbers
• Keep work area and the rest of the parts department clean and presentable

• Full-time position Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch, and every third Saturday from 7AM to 3PM
• Computer use required
• Prior automotive parts / service experience preferred, but not required
• Team oriented
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license (subject to Insurance approval)
• Must have clean driving record
• Background check and drug test required – this is a safety-sensitive position
• Must be able to be instructed and certified in the operation of a forklift
• Able to lift approx. 30/40 lb. package/item and utilize stairs multiple times per day
