What We Need From You:

• Cross-train in all areas of operation
• Work rotating shifts as needed
• Work cooperatively with, and independently of, the store manager
• Properly train and direct kitchen staff for success
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Ensure Food Safety Regulations are being followed
• Maintain Fully Executed Production Levels at all times
• Have and maintain valid “Food Managers License”
