Who You Are:

You thrive on competition and innovation. You’re eager to understand the financial aspects of pharmacy—like gross profit, inventory management, and payroll - and know how to balance that with outstanding patient care. You’re also passionate about building and managing strong relationships with healthcare providers to create seamless, coordinated care for patients.

Your Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including P&L, workflow, and inventory management.
• Build and nurture prescriber relationships to foster trust, collaboration, and seamless patient care.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, ensuring effective communication and strengthening referral pipelines.
• Deliver expert patient care and healthcare counseling.
• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and efficiency, earning their trust and loyalty.
• Identify innovative ways to grow and improve the business.

Requirements:

• Active NYS Pharmacist License (required).
• Immunization Certification (required).
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for elevating pharmacy care.
