JOB TITLE: Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Projects Management Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing assigned hospital-wide projects and service contract implementations. • Share insights you gather from different perspectives.
  • Bring diverse skill sets together for problem-solving sessions.
  • Use data-driven analysis and critical thinking to make informed decisions about resource allocation and workflow optimization.
  • Emphasize learning outcomes over perfection
  • Lead post-project reviews to assess lessons learned and apply improvements to future initiatives.

Deepen Connections: We build strong relationships with our patients, their families and partners in the communities we serve.

  • Act as a bridge between groups who normally don’t talk.
  • Create spaces (meetings, channels, informal chats) where people can contribute ideas, not just give status updates.
  • Prepare regular project and logistics performance reports for hospital leadership.
