Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer/.NET Developer / Architect to lead this transformation. This is a hands-on role for a proven technical leader who can balance active development with high-level architectural direction. You will play a pivotal role in defining the Company’s Applications modernization strategy, guiding the migration to .NET Core and C#, and establishing scalable, secure, and resilient platforms for the future.

- Pay Range: $89,805 to $172,401
- Flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in Seattle office required)
