| Job Summary | The Department of Community and Leadership Development (CLD) is seeking an Extension Associate for Program Evaluation. The Extension Associate will assist with the planning, design, and implementation of program evaluation capacity building initiatives for UK Extension and CLD. Specifically, the associate will contribute to the development and implementation of evaluation plans for Extension programs/outreach, grant proposals, and other sponsored projects; assist with (and provide) training and technical assistance to Extension agents and specialists in planning, designing, and conducting program evaluation and reporting activities; respond to evaluation requests from agents and specialists; track program indicators and success stories for designated Extension program/outreach in KERS. The associate may also assist in the following:

| Preferred Education/Experience | M.S. preferred, with demonstrated experience in social science research, program evaluation, survey development, data management and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity or previous experience using Excel, Qaultrics, REDCap or any other online survey platform and SPSS, SAS, or any other data management and analysis software. Familiarity with the Cooperative Extension System is desired, but not required. |
