Product Management Technician 1/Driver at LifeServe Blood Center – Mason City, Iowa

Join our team! LifeServe Blood Center is currently looking for a Part-time Product Management Technician & Driver in our Mason City location.

Primary Responsibilities of this Position:
*Perform tasks/procedures as they pertain to manufacturing, storage and distribution of blood and blood related products.
*Product labeling
*Receiving and fulfilling orders
*Proper packing of blood products for transport/delivery of blood products to hospitals in a manner that ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies
*Tracking and reporting on product inventory
*Addresses procedural, technical and equipment problems
*Identify, troubleshoot and document problems that may influence the quality or completion of shipping and component manufacturing
*Reports vehicle issues to and coordinates repairs or maintenance with the appropriate individuals
*Meets expectations regarding scheduled pickups/deliveries and possible on-call hours

Qualifications:
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and communication skills
*Ability to perform standardized/highly regulated work using established procedures
*Ability to multitask and set priorities according to fluctuating demands
*Works effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Education and/or Experience:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Excellent driving record (MVR)
*Previous experience preferred
