The role of a RAS LaVrar Customer Service Portal Representative is to help customers understand the website and services being offered through the company website which includes answering inquiries by e-mail, web chat, and or phone. The Customer Service Portal Representative also handles concerns, complaints, or other issues regarding customers accounts and assist with resolving these account issues via the online portal. One of the main goals for this role is to help ensure customer satisfaction with quick resolutions. We are seeking a candidate with a desire to learn, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment. The ideal candidate will pay meticulous attention to detail, producing accurate and high-quality work product. The candidate must be able to work independently and have foundational computer skills.

Part -Time and Full Time positions available

Mondays to Fridays hours of operations. Shifts available between 8am to 6pm.

Job Responsibilities, Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Focuses on mastering basic high volume processes including clerical tasks, document review, clearing and form drafting
  • Update corresponding cases within our system once court pleadings are accepted
  • Exercise a high-degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Complete tasks under time constraints
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Possess intermediate to advanced computer and communication skills
  • Answer telephones, manage re-direction of all communication and effectively relay messages with accuracy
  • Receive, sort and maintain organized record from different parts of our legal process
  • Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism in attire, customer communication and punctuality

·Required Education and Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • This is a full-time position operating under standard business hours Mondays to Fridays.
