Clinical Practice Facilitator- NICU in Syracuse, New York at Crouse Hospital

The Clinical Practice Facilitator provides lateral integration of healthcare services through the design, implementation, and evaluation of patient care by coordinating, delegating and supervising the care provided by a healthcare team at the clinical level.

Job Requirements:

Required: Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. Currently licensed as a Registered Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in New York State or certified as Clinical Nurse Specialist. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire. Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification required at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire. Five (5) years recent RN and/or NP experience in a Level 3 or Regional NICU.

Preferred: Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Nationally recognized certification as a Neonatal or Pediatric NP. Experience in a Clinical Nurse Specialist role

Must have Master's degree completed within two years from start date
