Job Statement: The Manager plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION: To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever, and have fun doing it. With that in mind, the Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving operational excellence in restaurant. The Assistant Manager is a technical expert in all front of the house and back of the house positions and is actively pursuing the proficiency required to be promoted to a General Manager position.
The Assistant Manager is accountable for the following business areas:

The Assistant Manager may be exposed to, and required to tolerate, the heat, humidity and cleaning materials used throughout the restaurant.

- Demonstrates and coaches team to achieve Guest Obsession
- Plans to achieve staffing plan
- Provides employees training, feedback, praise and recognition to achieve employee satisfaction
- Leverages training/human resource systems to limit employee turnover
- Ensures all products are made to recipe and correct temperature
- Demonstrates and trains employees on attributes that comprise personal commitment
- Manages the shift to achieve operational excellence
- Executes systems to achieve food cost objectives
- Manages inventory days on hand
- Schedules to achieve labor cost objectives
- Food safety principles followed to ensure there are no repeat critical violations on Health Department inspections
- Trains employees to avoid injury
- Monitors compliance to OSHA regulations
