How you will make an impact:

Seeking a reliable and dedicated Lead Receptionist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for calls and visitors, you'll embody exceptional customer service and uphold our standards. Take pride in maintaining our business as your own, aligning with our mission, goals, objectives, and policies. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks, serve as a liaison between residents and staff, and ensure positive interactions with our community. Upholding privacy and confidentiality, you'll handle phone calls, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. (No weekends or holidays required!)

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED required, some College preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Office Operations, Office Equipment, Customer Services and Team Leadership skills required
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a highly visible role.
• Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
