Our agency is searching for dedicated people who have a passion for helping others. As a holiday agent, you will be responsible for booking detailed trips for corporate, family, and leisure clients in destinations all around the globe. An ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and a basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

Job Description:

• Research, Create, and Execute itineraries for clients based on clients wants and needs.
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel.
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations.
• Work alongside other team members.
• Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraints.
• Create promotional materials.
• Stay up to date on changes and travel restrictions and policies.
• Respond promptly to all incoming communications.
• Effectively manage your time under little supervision.
• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients.
• Maintain up to date information within our software.
• Communication with team to continue to grow and learn within the network

Requirements:

• Must be 18+
• Must be comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Must have access to internet and reliable internet
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience or sales preferred
