At Write Edge, we specialise in providing high-quality English and Writing tuition classes for Primary and Secondary school students in Singapore. The English enrichment centre was founded in 2014 with a vision to deliver exceptionally effective lessons that help to build a strong foundation in the English language and nurture writing skills in young students.
From just 12 students and 1 branch in Lorong Ah Soo, Singapore, Write Edge has since expanded to 8 physical
branches,1 online arm called WELearn and also offers online classes to students in Malaysia. Job Description:
We are looking for a driven, resourceful, committed, responsible and independent individual to join our team. The
Enrolment team is in charge of the student enrolment and customer experience of the centre together with the Head of Operations at Write Edge. We are also in charge of helming various events and spearheading different projects to reach our goals for the Singapore Market. Your insightful contribution will help to develop, expand and maintain our existing business processes and systems.
In your role as the Enrolment Executive, you will work with the Marketing and Customer Relations departments on increasing student enrolment, improving student retention and developing new processes and protocols. This includes the professional handling of enquiries and registration across the full range of WE's services and activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-day
• Drive enrolment, retention and conversion rates in existing and new locations
• Professional handling of enquiries and registrations across WE's full range of services and activities
• Manage Open Houses to ensure tight follow up and service
• Develop a deep understanding of organisation's programmes and services to provide accurate and prompt
information to students and parents.
• Lead change projects/events to improve customer engagement, recruit new students
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management
• Developing new processes and protocols for student enrolment Support in customer service training, events
and related student enrolment systems.
CRM Management and Workflow Optimisation (Hubspot)
• Workflow design and optimisation to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Analyse existing workflow and recommend improvements
• Process mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document process maps and user journeys to
facilitate trainings and onboarding
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical or functional issues related to workflows
• Collaborate with vendor’s support team as needed
• Analytics and reporting: track and measure the efficiency of workflows, identifying further optimization
• Generate regular reports and provide insights for decision making
Skills Required:
• Timely and professional handling of feedback
• Exceptional client engagement and rapport building skills
• Leadership abilities to manage a team for long term retention and successful business outcomes
Requirements and Attributes
• Availability to work one weekend
• Proficiency in CRM, Sales and Customer Service
• Tech savvy and proficient with Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Bilingual would be preferred
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills, including handling client feedback professionally
• Demonstrates leadership skills and have the ability to drive impact
• Adaptable and strong customer focused approach
• Strong administrative skills, tech-savviness and proficiency with Google Suite
Working Hours:
• 5 days work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)
