Employment Status & Work Hours Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Remote/Hybrid Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Summary Were looking for a Supervisor, Sales Support to lead and support a team of Project Managers and Estimators while managing projects. This role focuses on coaching the team, coordinating schedules and training, and serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping projects and people moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do Lead, support, and provide day-to-day guidance to a team of Project Managers and Estimators to ensure project requirements, timelines, and customer expectations are met. Exercise sound judgment and discretion in areas including communication, scheduling, quality control, production coordination, procurement, and customer relations. Coordinate team workloads and project schedules, escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track. Address customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Schedule and lead team huddles and one-on-one meetings with estimators and project managers to support communication, alignment, and performance. Manage time-off requests, timecard approvals, and other personnel-related tasks for the team. Oversee onboarding and training activities to ensure new team members are successfully integrated. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to promote accountability, development, and continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between the team, leadership, and business partners to ensure clear communication and efficient operations. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, or a related field required. 24 years of proven project management experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software.
Physical Requirements Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle tools or controls. Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Extended periods of computer use, including keyboarding and monitor viewing. Travel may involve long periods of sitting, standing, and walking
Travel Requirements Up to 25% travel required to client sites, project locations, and other business destinations. Travel may include overnight stays.
