About This Position
Position Summary:
The Client Growth Solutions Consultant is responsible for driving successful client onboarding, ensuring operational readiness, and enabling growth through strategic implementation processes. This role bridges the gap between sales, product, and client growth teams to deliver seamless transitions from proof of concept (POC) to scale, accelerating time-to-value and long-term client success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end client implementation and Marketing Investment Portfolio (MIP) setup, collaborating with Performance Marketing to align initial campaign strategy and creative direction to client business objectives.
- Establishes baseline performance benchmarks and success criteria for implementation and growth readiness
- Coordinates cross-functional launch efforts across Sales, Product, and Client Growth teams
- Ensures sales-flow readiness and post-call enablement, including documentation, training, and process optimization
- Confirms successful POC-to-growth transition through structured validation and client engagement
- Drives Speed to Value Scale Readiness, ensuring clients achieve rapid adoption and are positioned for expansion
- Develop and maintain implementation playbooks and enablement frameworks
- Partner with Sales and Growth teams to identify and resolve pre-launch gaps
- Monitor implementation progress and escalate risks proactively
- Establish clear success criteria and growth targets for the ongoing account team
- Analyze implementation data to refine processes and improve client outcomes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or enablement roles
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent launches
- Background in mortgage, lending, or financial services
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding complex B2B clients
- Excellent communication, training delivery skills, and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, marketing technology, lead generation services and implementation methodologies
- Analytical mindset with experience in setting benchmarks and measuring success metrics
