Maintenance Technician in Norcross, Georgia at Avila Real Estate

Wesley Apartment Homes is seeking a highly skilled and reliable bilingual full time experienced licensed HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Arbor Mill Apartments located in Norcross. Starting pay $23.00-$24.00 per hour (D.O.E) and potential for monthly bonus plus HUGE apartment discount! Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Possess proven knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing repairs, and other general maintenance skills
• Possess strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• HVAC License (required)
• Detail-oriented and exhibits pride in quality of work
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks at hand
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends, as scheduled for on-call service requests
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Reliable transportation is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Always interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist in maintaining the grounds in pristine condition
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
