We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to make a difference every day in our partner schools (grades K–8). You’ll be hands-on in supporting students with the skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom — and you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that loves what they do.

💼 Position: Occupational Therapist (can be part-time or full-time based on your availability)
💰 Pay Range: $41.08 – $45.88/hr*
*Range depends on experience, certification, education, and second language use (50% of the time).

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Help students develop fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills for school success

• Work side-by-side with teachers, families, and staff to create supportive learning environments

• Provide direct OT services (individual and group) as outlined in IEPs

• Share your expertise by suggesting tools, strategies, and accommodations

• Track progress, participate in IEP meetings, and celebrate wins with your team

• Stay creative and bring fresh, evidence-based approaches to your work

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Ohio License/Certification in Occupational Therapy

• Ability to drive for work with appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability coverage)

• Clear background check (BCI/FBI)

• Current TB test
