Innovative Roofing Pros is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to play a critical role in supporting and expanding our commercial estimating department. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong technical understanding of commercial roofing systems who enjoys both hands-on estimating and mentoring others. As a Senior Estimator, you will review plans and specifications, prepare accurate and competitive bids, and lead two remote Junior Estimators to help drive growth and opportunity across our project portfolio.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, including new construction, re-roofing, and restoration work
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Analyze roofing assemblies, materials, labor, and project scope to ensure competitive and profitable bids
• Lead, manage, and support two remote Junior Estimators, providing guidance, review, and mentorship
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams to align estimates with execution strategies
• Maintain estimating standards, workflows, and documentation to support department growth
• Assist in identifying new project opportunities and supporting business development efforts
• Utilize estimating software, spreadsheets, and digital takeoff tools effectively
• Perform additional duties as needed to support department and company objectives

• Minimum 3+ years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects
• High-level understanding of commercial roofing systems and assemblies
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting junior or remote team members
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with estimating software, takeoff tools, and Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Industry certifications (manufacturer or trade-related) are preferred but not required
