Assist in patient reception at the front desk of the Outpatient Lab Area by greeting patients and visitors and assuring that lab orders for the patient are present and current,

Ensure a smooth patient flow by maintaining a professional and organized front desk area while demonstrating excellent customer service and adherence to HIPAA guidelines,

Essential functions: Greet patients and visitors, assure lab orders are present and current, answer phones, assign patients to phlebotomists for lab draw using EHR system and other administrative tasks,

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent,

Experience: 1 year of medical front desk experience, prior use of EPIC or other EHR system preferred, strong customer service skills,
