- Execute domestic and international shipments, including carrier coordination, packaging standards, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Facilities to support production ramp and site readiness.
- Track and improve key performance metrics (dock-to-stock time, inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, on-time shipments).
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, safety discipline, and continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or materials management within a manufacturing or hardware environment.
- 1+ year of direct team leadership experience (lead, supervisor, or similar).
- Working knowledge of inventory control practices, shipping/receiving operations, and warehouse best practices (FIFO, 5S, cycle counting).
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions and material tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve operational processes in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
