As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team located in Markham.

In this role, you will report directly to the Controller and play a vital role in Accounting Department.

Responsibilities:

Verify all outbound shipping bills for accuracy and completeness.Record verified shipping bills in Netsuite and review payment terms and deadlines to ensure payments are made within the appropriate timeframe.Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, flipping verified invoices to bills in Netsuite promptly and accurately.Monitor the account balances and manage payments for custom clearance billing and import tax related to UPS CanadaFollow up with employees for credit card receipts and enter into Netsuite. Enter bills and follow up vendors payment during the month end.

To be successful you should have:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or businessBasic accounting knowledgeAttention to details and accuracy in processing invoicesProblem solving skillsGood communication skills when dealing with vendors and coworkers Ability to work with minimum supervision
