Town and Country Enterprises is looking for experienced, dependable, and motivated individuals to take on the role of Landscape Crew Lead within our Field Operations team. In this role, youll be responsible for leading and managing landscaping crews on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. • Supervise daily activities of landscaping crews on-site

• Ensure team members follow safety protocols and proper work procedures

• Interpret and execute work orders and landscape plans accurately

• Operate and train team on equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and skid steers

• Monitor quality of work, timelines, and material use

• Maintaining existing landscapes like pruning, weeding, mulching, ETC.

• Lead installation of plants, mulch, sod, and other landscape features

• Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding project status and any issues

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles

• Mentor crew members and support their development

• Required hands-on landscaping work alongside crew member

• Minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping or related field

• Prior leadership or crew supervision experience preferred

• Valid drivers license required

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and job specifications

• Proficient in the safe use of landscape tools and machinery

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
