Recruiter at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

We are looking for a talented professional to join our expert team of recruiters. This is a temporary position for approximately 12 months in order to staff up for our new hospitals.

Job Duties

Source and screen candidates to present to the hiring managers and maintain close working relationships with decision makers.

Develop recruitment strategies and source qualified candidates for placement.

Coordinate and promote job fairs and hiring events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
• A minimum of 3 years high volume recruitment
• Superior customer service skills
• Proven recruitment track record
• Healthcare recruitment experience a plus
