About This Position
Corporate Development Manager
Drive the Future of Blue Cardinal Operations
Are you a high-performing M&A professional who thrives on the art of the deal? At Blue Cardinal Operations, we are aggressively pursuing strategic growth through the acquisition of premium plumbing and HVAC companies. We require a Corporate Development Manager with the analytical rigor and strategic mindset to influence our growth trajectory.
As a key member of a highly visible transaction team, you will lead critical activities across the full deal lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for a sharp, self-starting professional ready to help us dominate the home services sector.
The Role: Turning Chaos into Clarity
Blue Cardinal is scaling rapidly. This position is designed for an individual who excels in a fast-paced roll-up environment. You will frequently navigate disorganized or "messy" seller data from privately held businesses, refining the analytical frameworks used to evaluate and underwrite these opportunities. You will serve as the lead evaluator in determining strategic fit and financial viability.
