What You'll Do: 

• Provide personalized care and support to residents, including medication assistance and personal care.
• Follow and assist with residents’ daily Plan of Care, using therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and volunteers, reporting changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate resident records and comply with facility, state, and federal requirements.
• Support a safe, clean, and home-like environment while responding to resident and household needs.
• Participate in mandatory meetings, in-service training, and required online education modules.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

What You'll Need: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School education or equivalent (required)
• 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• Dementia/memory care experience (preferred)
• Home Health Aide, CNA, or TMA experience is a plus
