Purpose / Summary:

As a Junior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting RelyOn Nutec, GoM’s commercial team as well as the Managing Director by assisting with tenders, contracts as well as providing insights on pricing, market trends, revenue analysis, and other commercial related matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies, projects, and programs, provide operational and analytical support to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure operational support and delivery of commercial excellence processes, with focus on the tender process.
  • Ensure that high-quality business information is available (sales, competitors, market, and CRM activity) for the relevant functions in RelyOn Nutec.
  • Streamline process related to the management of tenders (i.e., development of standard tenders’ responses including presentation, commercial terms and conditions, pricing, and other related items in line with Global policies.
  • Manage, coordinate and support local tenders.
  • Ensure proper commercial reporting and manage commercial tools – identify priority areas and opportunities to improve.
  • Ensuring RON values, strengths, capabilities, and reach are suitably balanced to match tender requirements.
  • Act as a supervise and assist with development and support of Salesforce CRM.
  • Drive ad-hoc commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain pricing models and models for forecasting.
  • Develop KPI’s to assess pipeline performance and other CRM metrics.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations as well as other materials as required for commercial activities.
  • Perform in-depth analysis (i.e., revenue per client, growth levers, trends, pricing, market comparisons, etc…).
  • Provide executive support for management and strategy meetings.

  • Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience

    Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred experience in working with CRM, market intelligence or a similar commercial field, from an international commercially driven B2B organization.

    Language Skills

    Ability to speak English fluently; bilingual in Spanish preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Computer Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should be a superuser of Microsoft Excel, Cubes, CRM and have experience with other BI tools, such as Qlikview or PowerBI.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    Current, valid driver’s license.
