MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN at Eagle Point Companies – KANSAS CITY, Kansas

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systemsMaintain curb appeal at all timesComplete all maintenance requests issued in a timely mannerDiagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairsEnsure unit turns are timely and completeSchedule and complete preventive maintenance for in-unit & building systemsAssist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendorsEnsure safety standards are implemented at all timesResponsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance callsAll other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

HVAC Certification preferred3 years+ experience in apartment, hotel, or healthcare maintenanceSelf-starter who is organized and efficientStrong customer service skillsKnowledge and possession of small power toolsFrequent need to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.

Other Qualifications:

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningValid driver's license required
