#Regional Maintenance Coordinator at United Apartment Group – Corpus Christi, Texas

Position Description: Our company is seeking a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to facilitate special projects, train and oversee Maintenance Personnel and oversee and direct grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.

• EPA certification - Type I and II
• Valid Driver's License and current automobile with insurance
• Ability to diagnose problems and repair major appliances
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, pool care, pest control, roof and gutter repair, foundation and sidewalk repair, irrigation and maintenance repairs and general carpentry.
• Other licenses and certifications required by state or federal law

• Acting as "Working Coordinator" of Maintenance crews in assigned portfolio.
• Creating/maintaining a current schedule of "on-call" personnel every 6 months.
• Overseeing, directing, teaching, and motivating maintenance staff
• Actively sourcing maintenance personal for open positions
• Ensuring appliance equipment, plumbing m electrical systems, etc. are properly serviced and maintained by each property Maintenance Lead
• Observe and confirm that maintenance staff keep the property grounds, workshops and utility rooms clean, orderly and safe in accordance with OSHA requirements and established company standards and expectations.
