- As our HR Executive in India, you'll play a key role in managing and scaling our people operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, compliance, and employee experience while also thinking about how to make things better. - Manage end-to-end HR operations onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, and documentation
- Handle full-cycle recruitment sourcing, scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, and offer rollout
- Own HRIS administration and drive system adoption across the team
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with external finance/compliance vendors to ensure statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity) are completed accurately and on time you own the tracking and follow-up
- Support employee queries and day-to-day HR needs
- Build and improve HR processes to support a growing team
- Coordinate with external vendors payroll providers, background verification, legal counsel
- Work closely with the US-based leadership team during overlap hours
- Contribute to company-wide people initiatives including performance appraisal cycles, compensation reviews, policy design, and engagement programs
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing team
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (Keka experience is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Strong communication skills clear, concise, and solutions-oriented
- Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently
- Experience in healthcare or health-tech companies
- Familiarity with ATS tools like Lever
- Experience supporting teams across multiple functions
- Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border operations
