We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and resourceful operator to partner closely with our Chief Executive Officer as Tagup enters its next phase of scale and strategic expansion.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplierprotecting and amplifying focus, driving cross-functional clarity, and ensuring disciplined execution across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market efforts. This is a highly visible role at the center of the company, with direct exposure to executive decision-making, customer strategy, and investor engagement.

You will help translate vision into actionbringing structure to ambiguity, driving alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring that high-priority initiatives move with urgency and accountability. This role requires strong judgment, operational rigor, and comfort operating in defense and government-adjacent environments.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000 annually.
