WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Sales Manager

• Hands-on position to help contribute to overall success of the hotel
• Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rate, increase volume
• Manage local sales efforts by conducting outside sales calls
• Assist in developing packages and promotions to build business
• Ensure good standing in the community by developing and maintaining relationships with all community and civic organizations
• Maintain excellent knowledge of local competition and industry trends
• Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
• Requires excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible shifts
