Job Summary
SiTime is seeking a Director, Test Engineering to lead a team and drive the development of production test solutions for SiTime’s precision timing products. We are looking for a highly technical leader and strategic thinker, working cross-functionally and with manufacturing partners to develop complex and highly optimized production systems enabling SiTime’s game-changing products. Responsibilities include:

- Lead a geographically diverse team of talented engineers developing test and automation solutions Define test strategies/roadmap and identify opportunities for improvement Drive cross-functional workflow improvements including automation, simulation, and AI Provide technical oversight and strategic guidance for the team Deep dive when needed to solve tough technical challenges Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new product development and introduction activities Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve
