Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications - - 3 - 5 years of bartending experience at a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Communicates clearly with servers and the kitchen.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains a positive attitude during rushes.
- Helps with bar prep and side work without being asked.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktail techniques, and mixology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certified (preferred).
