Solid Building Partners is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial construction and remodeling projects throughout the Charleston, South Carolina area. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are met. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and benchmarks for success
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Plan construction operations and intermediate project phases to meet deadlines
Procure materials and equipment while monitoring inventory and cost controls
Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, quality requirements, and contract documents
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, or budget changes
Utilize JobTread software for scheduling, task management, and project tracking
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety performance
5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards
Experience using construction or project management software (JobTread preferred)
Associates degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds as required on job sites
Salary: $70,000 $90,000 per year
