Your Role as a Solutions ConsultantAs a Solutions Consultant, youāll combine your sales expertise with a consultative approach to help businesses transition into digital, paperless environments. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend Docufree solutions that drive efficiency and measurable value. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilitiesš¹ Sales & Customer Engagement
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
- Close prospective customers using strong product knowledge.
- Deliver prepared sales presentations that communicate solution value.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Handle inquiries related to products, pricing, order status, and customer relations.
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate account activity records within the sales CRM.
- Meet or exceed revenue expectations.
- Partner with an experienced outside salesperson to pursue major accounts.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support sales success.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid analytical and consultative selling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to accurately manage data in a CRM system.
- Genuine interest in high-tech, SaaS, and modern business solutions.
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent inside sales experience.
- Demonstrated sales success or experience in roles requiring similar skill sets.
- Experience collaborating with senior sales professionals is a plus.
