LPN - Gastroenterology Clinic at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing nursing care utilizing the nursing process within an assigned unit; observes, assesses, treats and cares for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process. Oversees the work of non-licensed personnel.

Additional Education Requirements:

Graduate of a school of practical Nursing or higher education.

Certifications & Licensures:

Licensed Practical Nurse and BLS Healthcare Provider required

Additional Experience Requirements:

Experience of at least 6 months in a physician’s office setting or 2 yrs experience in direct patient care at a medical facility.
