Overview
The Corporate Projects Manager is responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and business growth across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, regional operations teams, and corporate departments to plan, implement, and oversee projects that impact multiple accounts and regions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management experience, capable of managing complex initiatives while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage corporate projects and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
Collaborate with executive leadership, operations teams, and corporate departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of company programs, new account launches, operational improvements, and process enhancements.
Identify risks, challenges, or resource needs and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Standardize project processes, documentation, and reporting across initiatives.
Analyze operational data and project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
Support large-scale company initiatives such as new service offerings, operational systems implementation, or organizational improvements.
Ensure projects align with company standards, client expectations, and operational best practices.
Assist with other corporate initiatives and strategic priorities as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations leadership, facilities services, or a related industry.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and operational leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.
Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Work Environment:
Corporate office environment with regular collaboration with operations teams.
- Travel may be required to support project implementation, operational initiatives, and client accounts.
Physical Requirements:
Applicants for this role must be able to:
- Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Approximately equal amount of time sitting and walking
- Able to hear and speak into a telephone
- Close visual work on a computer terminal
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
