Maggio's is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full Time Bread Baker to join our team.

The successful candidate will hand roll and hand shape bread and bake fresh bread daily while following recipes and food safety standards.

You must be able to roll/shape bread by hand into required bread products.

Duties include:

• Mixing and preparing dough

• Keeping the work area clean and organized

• Ensuring high quality and freshness of products

• Mix, knead, and shape dough

• Bake bread (loaves, rolls, baguettes, etc.)

• Follow recipes and food safety rules

Requirements:

• Experienced baker preferred

• Good time management

• Ability to stand for long periods
