Consumer Outreach Specialist

United Disability Services has openings for Consumer Outreach Specialist positions in our Residential program to work flexible part-time hours (10-20 hours per week) taking adults with disabilities into the community. You will be accompanying adults with disabilities in the community by taking them to concerts, helping them budget, attending sporting events, grocery shopping and many more activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to use own transportation; with mileage reimbursement.
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 2yrs driving experience, no more than 2 points and required level of car insurance
  • Must pass a Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), physical and drug screen
