LOAN SERVICING TEAM LEAD at Fox Communities Credit Union – Appleton, Wisconsin

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Loan Servicing Team Lead (Collateral) based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton!

The Loan Servicing Team Lead (Collateral) is responsible for overseeing, motivating, coaching and training our Loan Servicing Team, which includes ensuring and promoting a knowledgeable, positive team environment.

The primary responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Team Lead (Collateral) role include but are not limited to:

Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values

Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members for the Loan Servicing team

Supporting the growth and development of the Loan Servicing team by partnering with department leaders to provide daily performance coaching and growth and development coaching to team members

Ensuring team performance goals are being met by monitoring quality measures for each team member

Documenting and maintaining team procedures

Maintaining a strong knowledge base of credit union products, procedures, systems, and policies as they relate to lending and team processes

Obtaining and maintaining knowledge of policy changes specific to lending and understanding how those changes will affect the credit union

Ensuring all team processes are in compliance with established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

Ensuring the department provides professional, timely, personal service to all internal and external members

Candidates for the Loan Servicing Team Lead (Collateral) position should possess:

Four to six years of similar or related experience preferred, with a minimum of three years of experience with various lending operations

Previous credit union experience preferred, but not required

Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills

Expert use of Microsoft Office and other computer systems used for general use

Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload, meet deadlines, and work through multiple projects constructively

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am -5pm
