The Mission:The Fulfillment Support Specialist is the high-velocity engine that ensures our outbound delivery fleet is loaded for success and our yard is primed for the next day's operations. This role bridges the gap between order picking and receiving, serving as a versatile powerhouse on the second shift. You are the final set of hands to ensure our builders receive safe, stable, and accurate loads, while simultaneously setting the stage for the receiving team by managing drop trailers and material replenishment.
Balance In Action:This position offers a unique, alternating schedule designed for work-life balance:
- Hours: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday (4-day weekend)
- Week 2: Tuesday – Friday (2-day weekend)
- Truck Loading: Your day begins with the absolute priority of loading trucks safely and efficiently in coordination with the Dispatcher’s route.
- Load Integrity: Organize materials by delivery stop and ensure every load is banded, wrapped, and prepared for damage-free transport.
- Outbound Velocity: Execute high lines per hour to ensure all scheduled trucks are ready for morning departure.
- Drop Trailer Management: Unload vendor drop trailers to clear the way for the morning receiving team.
- Equipment Organization: Put away "stack racks" and other specialized storage assets into their designated locations to maintain yard flow.
- Gatekeeping Support: Non-conforming products are documented for the receiving team before the shift ends.
- Stock Replenishment: Move "overstock" materials into primary picking locations to eliminate bottlenecks for the order picking team.
- Environmental Stewardship: Clean and organize overstock and bulk storage areas to ensure a safe, high-functioning work environment.
- Loading Accuracy & Safety: Zero loading-related product damages or route sequencing errors.
- Dock-to-Stock Support: Efficiency in clearing drop trailers to reduce morning congestion.
- Replenishment Rate: Ensuring primary picking locations are 100% stocked for the shift start.
