Job Description:

Tribeca Outsourcing is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and client events in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about event management, logistics, and coordination. The Events Assistant will work closely with the events team to ensure every detail is managed to perfection.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and special functions.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and audio/visual setup.
  • Support event marketing efforts, including guest communications and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate on-site event activities, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future events.
  • Ensure that all events align with Tribeca Outsourcing's brand and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in event management, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
