JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Workplace Support Specialist plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing administrative support to both leadership and the Human Resources team. This individual manages office operations, coordinates conference room for meetings, and ensures that all visitors and employees experience a professional, well-organized, and welcoming workplace. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, who are highly motivated self-starters. |
