PLUS:

• 💵 $1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd & NOC shifts

• Conduct patient assessments and document in EHR

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain HIPAA compliance

• Support residents in long-term care and assisted living

• Active LPN license in good standing

• Wisconsin Registry in good standing

• Ability to pass background and drug screening
