Customer Support Level II at Kelsey Fausett Production – Riverton, Utah

Must be met on or before the closing date:
Training and Experience
Graduation from high school
and, either
a. One year of satisfactory experience in a hospital or health-related facility in law enforcement, security, or safety operations; or
b. Two years of satisfactory experience in law enforcement or security operations.


Necessary Special Requirement
1. Possession of an appropriate class, valid driver license issued by the State of New York.
2. Candidates must satisfy established physical fitness, medical, and psychological standards.
3. Continuing possession of registration as a Security Guard issued by the New York State Department of State.

NOTE: Experience, as outlined above, in excess of the one or two-year requirement, may be substituted for high school education on a year-for-year basis, up to a maximum of two years.

NOTE: According to state law, it will be necessary for a person in a security position to be registered with the N.Y.S. Department of State. A FEE IS REQUIRED, AND THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OBTAINING THE REQUIRED REGISTRATION RESTS WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

NOTE: According to Civil Service Law, section 54 which became effective September 4, 2024, applicants who are within 12 months of meeting the minimum age or attaining the minimum educational requirements following the date of examination, may take the civil service exam, but will be restricted from certification until such a time that the minimum age or educational requirements are met.
