  • The Associate Vice President provides system-wide strategic and financial leadership for imaging services across the health system. The position is responsible for advanced system-level functions including professional and technical contracting, physician employment strategy, joint ventures, capital planning, construction oversight, billing partnerships, and quality performance management.
  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred. Graduate of an accredited clinical program in Radiology technology or equivalent approved imaging program preferred.
    • Eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience in imaging services, healthcare operations, or comparable complex service lines required.
    • Experience in the following required:
      • Physician employment and/or alignment models.
      • Multi-vendor professional and technical imaging contracts.
      • Joint ventures and partnership-based healthcare models.
      • Capital equipment planning and large-scale construction projects.
      • Imaging billing operations and revenue cycle partnerships.
    • Experience in the following preferred:
      • Supporting imaging services across multiple hospitals or a large health system.
      • Leadership of both hospital-based and freestanding outpatient imaging environments.
      • Regulatory, accreditation, and compliance requirements for diagnostic imaging.
      • Working closely with radiologists, physician leaders, and executive teams.
