Responsibilities
Hines is a leading global real estate investment manager with a rapidly expanding Private Wealth Solutions platform across Asia-Pacific. We are seeking a motivated Analyst (1–3 years of experience) to join our high-growth APAC team in Hong Kong. This is an outstanding opportunity in private markets capital raising, with a primary focus on real estate, including tailored solutions and direct/co-investments.
You will gain broad exposure to single/multi-family offices, private banks, wealth managers, and fintech platforms across APAC, while working closely with senior leadership. - Support capital-raising efforts for Hines PWS products and tailored real estate solutions across private markets.
- Conduct in-depth research, market mapping, and ongoing monitoring of regulatory changes in key APAC markets to inform client strategies and ensure compliance awareness.
- Prepare high-quality client materials, investment updates, due-diligence packages, and market/regulatory insights.
- Assist in client engagement, pipeline management, CRM tracking, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the broader Hines APAC and global team to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Contribute proactively to business development ideas, strategic planning initiatives, and special projects as the platform scales — with a focus on long-term growth opportunities.
- Embrace modern tools, including AI adoption, to enhance efficiency and insights in capital raising.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field preferred).
- 1+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, private wealth, consulting, or capital raising.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; additional APAC languages a strong plus.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial — comfortable taking ownership in a fast-growing team.
- Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Genuine passion for private markets, real estate, and building long-term client relationships.
- Interest and ability in leveraging AI and technology to drive better outcomes.
- Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
